Dot aka Spotty Dotty12/31/05: Went to her new home in Alpharetta, Ga. She has a boxer brother Jake and a cat friend too! She fell in love with Jake right away and proceded to wash his face really good. She is very happy with her new family. She got a new Christmas collar and had present waiting for her at home to open when she got there. Her new mom says she has captured our hearts. That it was not possible to have a sweeter boxer girl. We are so happy that she is in such a great home. What a way to end our 2005 Year! |
 Prince12/31/05: Is staying with his foster mom in Atlanta, GA. He joins Danny another RPR boxer and a little terror ...opps I mean terrier girl. HEHE!! Phyllis says Prince isn't going anywhere so he can come off the site. We adore him. He went to doggy day care and had a great time. He is becoming more playful and antimated every day. |
Gigi now Sugar Kisses12/26/05: Is now with her new mom in Ellenwood, Georgia. She gets to be the only baby in the house but she does have a wonderful 9 year old boy to play with. She is doing great in her new home. Her new mom says... " Sugar Kisses is doing well, still a little shy but she is coming around nicely. She grins at me bumps me to make me play with her, I think she is still young, she takes things in to my office like( my hair bow, even my kitchen towel off the stove, and the funny thing to see was my hallway runner you know it at least 6' long she was dragging in to the office) Shes a mess but thats my Sugar...will send pictures soon.  Dixie12/27/05: Is staying with her foster mom in Lawrenceville, GA. She fit in the family so very well that they couldn't imagine letting her go anywhere else. We are happy for Dixie and her family. I guess it's another Foster Home Flunkie! LOL!!! Way to go Dixie and family! |
Hercules12/10/05: Is now with his new Dad in Senoia, Ga. His new Dad says... "I just wanted to thank Rockin P for making two lives a lot better. Hercules no Bo is doing really well. He doesn't really know what to think about the cat and will just sit and stare at her for 30 minutes without even blinking. He is such a great dog and a great match for me. He has made a best friend with my mom's boxer Rocky. They ran and played all day. He is such a loving dog and I believe he is very happy. Thank you so much for putting the two of us together and filing two lives with love. " |
 Chloe12/15/05: Is now in her new home in Monroe, Ga. She has 2 little girls that she gets to help take care of. Her new mom says... "Just wanted to let you know Chloe did fine last night. Never a whimper.. snuggled right in. She is a bed HOG! HEHE! There has been alot of excitement. The girls went to school and she was going around looking for them. It's sooo sweet." |
Audrey12/10/05: Is now with her new family in Smyrna, Ga. She gets to be the only child/dog. She doesn't mind getting all the attention at all. Her new mom immediately fell in love with her and talked about getting her a playmate in the future. Audrey was a very happy little girl. Hooray for little Audrey. |

now Lucy12/02/05: Is in her new home in Boaz, AL. He has a yorkie brother and a cat brother. Her new family has boxer experience and is very anxious to learn about how to train a deaf dog. We are so happy for Lucy!! Her mom says that she is so smart. Her and her brother Skittles are doing really well. And Lucy and the cat plays together all the time! She gets to go to Indiana for Christmas and visit the family. We are so happy for all of them! |
Laredo 12/01/05: Went to his new home in Social Circle, Ga. He has a 16 yo boy to play with and a cat friend. His new mom wrote, " I can not thank you enough for the gift of a lifetime. Loredo has fit in almost instantly to our home and went through virtually no trauma that I could see. He is the sweetest dog and reminds me so much of my Boxer that we had for years, it's scary !! Rebecca and her husband Matt were so very kind and professional. I know it broke their hearts to see him go but hopefully they are comforted that he went to a good loving home. Ozzie 11/12/05: Is with his new family in Chattanooga, TN. He now has two boxer sisters and a boston terrier sister. He loves his new home. His mom and dad really love him and are teaching him how to be the wonderful boxer boy that he was meant to be. His sister Chloe thinks he's the greatest brother and they love to play together. We are very happy for the Ozzie Man!!!! |
 Chief11/06/05: Went to his new home in Savannah, GA. He gets to be an only child and gets all of the attention. His new Dad thinks he is the greatest. He sent us a note saying, <i>"Chief is doing great. We are getting along very well. I believe that he is one of the most well behaved and loveable dogs that I have ever met. I think he knows that I am writing about him, b/c he is watching me now! He loves to travel with me. He came with me to my girlfriend's parents' house for Thanksgiving. They have a dog and three cats. Although they all gave him a hard time, he just overlooked them and continued to play with everyone. I want to thank you and everyone else who had a hand in taking care of him until I was able to adopt him. He has been a blessing to me. Thanks again!"</i> |
Dozer 11/12/05: Is now with his new family in Hanceville, AL. He has 2 little ones to help watch over and he started off very well by keeping an eye on them. He has a little terrier to play with at home. His family really loved him and he took to them right off. He was ready to go when they all loaded up and looked very happy as they drove away.  Dustin11/12/05: Went home with his new family from the Boxer Bash. They were so ready to get him that they made sure everything was completed before they came with the whole family including canine brother and sisters. He is now living in Vestavia, AL with a boy and a girl of his very own and.... a boxer sister that is 3 yo which he can play with all the time and a golden girl named Phoebe. He gets to go to our very own vet Dr. Tammy so we can get updates all the time. Yahoo!!! Dusty picked out his boy right away and gave him many hugs. His mom just about cried when she saw him because he was so sweet looking. We are very happy for Dusty and his new family!!! |

His mom says... "I just wanted to let you know that AJ is doing great. Adopting him was one of the best things we’ve ever done. I can’t believe that we found the “PERFECT” dog for us through a rescue. He is the sweetest dog and has adjusted wonderfully. I think it takes a special dog to love a two year old – but AJ does!! He just wants to kiss and play all the time. He’s starting to eat better and I think he has realized that we are his forever home….. I can’t believe it’s worked out as well as it has. Anyway – I wanted to say THANK YOU for the opportunity to help him and love him forever!!! The process was long but it was worth it!!!!!!!!!" |
 Jersey10/25/05: Went to her new home in Chattanooga, TN. Jersey is a very special needs girl that is deaf and has major hip issues. Her new family didn't care! I will let her new Dad tell the story.... "I snuck Jersey (now Savannah) in the house through the downstairs. Got her into the bathroom to give her a bath, because I wanted the other dogs to smell her and not others dogs she had been around that day. Less confusing that way for them. My wife went upstairs to pour the food into the bowls to keep them busy. They new something was up, but not sure. So they continued to eat and I gave Savannah a bath. Once bathed, I brought her upstairs to meet the boys Toby and Sebastian. Sebastian is her twin boxer (it's hard to tell them apart) and Toby who is a 110lb boxer with a 22inch neck and a 44inch chest. Anyway, Savannah sat down beside my feet while the other two sat down in front of me and all I saw was docked tails wagging so hard it look like everyone was having seizures. The boys looked at me like "Please, please". When I said "Ok", they all starred at each other for about 15 sec and then all you saw was stuffed toys and raw hides. She acted as though she had always been there and the other two act as though she had always been there. They loved each other so much that instead of sleeping in their own beds with their pillows and blankets, at 3:30am this morning they collapsed on each other and all you saw were boxer ears and feet piled up on one bed from cuddling. Sebastian kept bring her his toys and laying them in front of her as if to say he was glad she was here. To make a long story short, I woke up this morning and found Savannah asleep in bed with me with her head draped over my arm. So, guess what - I have my Daddy's little girl:-) Spoil'em if you got'em!-) Thank You!" |

Davy10/23/05: Is now with his new mom in Saraland, AL. He gets to be the only child :) He deserves this wonderful home!!! They made an instant connection when Davy went right over to her and laid his head in her lap. You can say that he wooed her with his ways. He jumped right in the care and curled up ready to go to his new home!!! his new mom says.... "I picked up Davy from Phyllis in Atlanta last weekend. He is the best boxer boy imaginable. He has met the neighbors and the neighborhood dogs and is friendly to all. If we walk up the street and I stop to talk to anyone, he sits down and waits for the walk to continue or for some petting to come his way. He can amuse himself batting a ball around the yard. It's sloped so naturally it rolls down hill and he has to run to catch up with it. Sometimes he will run a figure 8 around me to show off a little! In the house I can toss a ball down the hall and he will fling it in the air or bat it around. This is definitely a "lazy owner" type of exercise! We are a pretty good match, I must say. The first night he slept on the sofa by himself. The second night he chose the doggie bed in my bedroom. The third night I came out of the shower and he was piled up in the middle of my bed! He's been there every night since, but he's generous enough to give me a full half the bed. I really appreciate what you all do. Thanks so much!!" |
 Rose10/17/05: Is now in her new home Jefferson, GA. She has a boxer brother Max that is 3 yo that she loves, an older beagle sister, and cats to play with. Her new mom says.... "We love our new Baby Girl!!! She came to the clinic with me today and everyone loves her. We have named her Callie Rose. She is so smart and minds very well. My friend/vet said that she is a real find. Thank you so much for choosing us to be her family!!!" |
Pedro10/20/05: Went to his home new home in Montgomery, AL. He gets to be the only canine in the home but he does have to share it with a very tempermental siamese cat. His new Dad says... "Pedro and I made it home fine. My cat has issues wtih him but he is fine with her. He is absolutely the sweetest most docile dog that I have every seen. I believe that he will be happy and I know he will be spoiled rotten in his new home. Thanks!" |

Boudreaux10/08/05: Went to his new home in Canton, GA. He has a rottie girlfriend to keep him company. His new mom says, Bo is the most loving little guy. He has become very playful and love to play with a stuffed ball. He loves our 2 yo grandson. When they go for walks he stays right beside him even if he picks up the pace and runs. Bo just runs with him. Bo is a great addition to our family. He loves to lay out on the back deck to sun himself and take walks through the nature trails. Thanks!!! |

Sophia9/30/05: Is staying at Rockin P Rescue with us. She came in weighing only 17 lbs and was found to have a liver disease. She now weighs in at 32 lbs and is happy and healthy. She is still very shy with people so we have decided to let her stay here. She is the new Diva at RPR! When they say dynamite comes in small packages, well that is Sophia. We love her anyway :) |

Izzy10/05 Updated photo of Izzy with her Dad 9/02/05: Is with her new Dad and traveling all over the place. Her Dad drives a big truck and she gets to go with him. She is soooo happy! We have an update "Joe just called and said she is adjusting very well. She already knows which is her truck . She stayed in bed a couple of days but is now beginning to sit in the seat next to Joe. He said she is starting to move things around so I guess Izzy is redecorating the truck to her liking. They are in CT now. I am just so happy that this sweet girl got a forever truck after such a long wait for the right one. " Another update... "This last week Miss Iz has been to Ct, MI, OH, NE, and she in now in SD on her way back to VA. She will be able to sing that song (I think it is JOhnny Cash) "I've been everywhere". She has met Joe's mom. Walked right in and made herself at home on the couch and got along well with 2 of the dogs there. Thanks to all of you who helped with Izzy. I know she is happy and spoiled. Joe always has gotten this or that for her and wants to know if he should do anything else." |

We have renamed him Buddy because he wants everyone to be his buddy. Everyone he meets just adores him. Mom just loves her little buddy, hence the name and the two play all day long. When I get home, I get to hear all the Buddy stories of the day. He is always doing something new and cute." Hooray for Buddy! |

She is the co founder of the local boxer club so we are very pleased to have her helping us help these boxers and are very excited that Jack gets to stay with her and be trained to compete in agility. Apollo4/06: Updated photo 7/29/05: Is in his forever home!!! His new Dad writes.... We have really had a very nice first evening together. I can't believe how well trained he is. Sit, Shake, stay , come and maybe others that I haven't tried. You won't believe this but he is sleeping in the doggie bed in my office as I write this. I got down there and lay down on it and he came right over, sat down, then law down as if he knew it was a doggie bed. I gave him a treat earlier and he started batting it around with his paws like a cat. I got down and played with him and the treat and there was no food aggression or anything. I just love him!!! We are very happy for them both!!! |

Chauncy12/05: Chauncy appearing as "Chauncy Claus" 10/05 Update:Just thought I would give you an update on chauncey and some new pictures. He is doing wonderful and happpy as can be gets frequent play dates with other dogs, Lots of days in the park, and trips to pet smart for toys and treats, he likes that a lot he gets so excited everytime we take him pet smart he immediately pee's on the floor. Cassie now Bailey7/07/05: Is with her new family in Danville, AL. She has 2 boys to help take care of and play with. She will get to be an only dog and that suits her just fine as she can get all of the attention. We are very happy for Cassie aka Bailey and her new family. |
Max now Frank8/2005: Updated photo. 7/02/05: Is now with his new family in Stone Mountain, GA. His new Dad says, "He's doing fantastic. He's getting along great with Sou and Blue. Sou seems very happy to have a playmate she can wrestle and run around with. I'm hoping to get some good pictures of the two of them this weekend. I took Frank for his first visit to the vet here in Atlanta today and he was such a good dog. He's also doing great on the leash, not a problem with him at all. Everytime I look at him I just can't believe that someone would abandon such a sweet dog. Please let everybody at Rockin' P Rescue know how happy we are with him and how happy he seems to be here. Winnie4/06: Updated photo 6/30/05: Is staying in Alpharetta, GA with her foster mom and brother who is also a RPR rescue dog. She fit in so well at her foster home that they couldn't let her go. We are tickled because we know that she is getting a wonderful home and we get to hear about her progress all the time and see pictures. Hooray for Winnie!!! |
Clyde6/29/05: Went to Jonesboro, Ga where he will be the only dog with 4 cats in his new home. He doesn't mind at all as he can now be the TOP DOG. HEHE!! He has a huge back yard and a little pup next door to chat with. We are very happy for Clyde and his new family. |
Tootsie5/25/05: Is with her new family in Woodstock, Ga. Her foster mom said.... I told Tootsie as I got all ready to go that she mush be an angel with her new little rat terror sisters. I turn to walk away and she follows me. I get teared up as I walk her back to her new truck where she got right in, curled up and didn't look back. I didn't realize how attached I had got to her. They called me tonight and said she is fitting in like she has been there forever. She loves the kids and the dogs. We are very happy for them and elated for Tootsie. She deserves the great home that she got!!! |
Bailey6/23/05: Went to her new home in Ridgeland, SC. She will have a 13 yo boy to play with but she will be the only dog. She has a very nice yard to run and play in. She was really in love with her new family right off and they were tickled over her. It is a great match!!! Hooray for Bailey! |
Michelle5/25/05: Is now with her new mom in Boaz, AL. She has a cocker spaniel brother to help keep her company when her mom is not home. Her new mom thinks she is the sweetest girl and is so happy that she gets to be Michelle's new mom! We are happy for both of them. Way to go!!!! |
Cindy now Suzie7/05 Update w/photo: "She is adjusting great and has made it known that she is a daddy's girl. She loves all over her new daddy every chance she gets. When sheis not loving on us, she loves for us to chase her around. She is such a sly doggie, slipping between chairs to get away. Suzie has made lots of new friends and enjoys playing with them all she can. She also has discovered that shopping is sooooo much fun. She is an absolute angel and we are so lucky to have her in our lives. We will keep you up to date as she starts her obiedience classes this week. Taz6/04/05: Went home with her family to McDonough, Ga. She will have a boxer brother named Tiger to play with and 4 children to help take care of. She will be a very busy girl. She loved her new family right off and Tiger fell in love with her immediately. We are very happy for Taz. She will no longer to left alone to have litter after litter and watch her babies get sent off. She now has a very loving family and gets to be treated as one of the family. Hooray!! |
Courtney3/2006 Updat w/photo" "I wanted to pass along an more recent picture of Courtney. She is still such a sweet heart to us. Courtney and Butch like to run around in the back yard but when he gets tired of playing she lets him know she's not done. Either by pouncing on him or hopping like a bunny beside him barking trying to entice him to continue to play. After a long rough day of playing this is pretty much what she does and it is her spot on the couch. She does her best to nuzzle you out of the way if you want to sit there. At night, they both sleep beside each other next to our bed on their mats that they have. And as when we first got her, she is still full of love, wants a lot of attention and loves to give kisses." 6/05: Updated photo. 5/21/05: ls now in her new home in Montgomery, AL. Hooray!! We are so excited that she is in this wonderful home. She has a shepard mix brother named Butch. Butch is a little bit spoiled but he thinks that Courtney is okay :) She went to her new home with her clicker and information about things you can do to help a blind dog adjust but it really doesn't take much for her as she is so adaptable. She will be as spoiled as Butch before to long and we are very happy for her and her new family. Way to go Courtney!!! |
Danny6/05: Updated photo. 5/15/05: Is staying with his foster mom. It was really love at first site and his foster mom decided that she just couldn't let him go to another home. He was such a good boy and she loved him dearly. We are very happy for Danny and his new forever mom!!! He is great with the new fosters too! He makes them feel right at home! |
Pearl5/07/05: ls known as Precious Pearl is with her new family in Trussville, AL. Pearl is our sweet little deaf girl that came to Rockin P at 7 weeks old. She is a very smart little girl and already knows no, sit, down, and come. She is going to one of Rockin P's foster homes where she will be a permanent member of the family. She will have a lab sister named Abbey and a boy and girl of her very own to play with. Her new mom says.... I just wanted to let everyone know that Pearl is doing great with us. She is a complete doll and we are all very happy to have her. Pearl is very smart and very energetic. Angie thank you for this opportunity. She is great. Tell Bob we put Pearl on the bed with us Saturday night but She laid on the bed for about twenty minutes and she jumped off and got on the dog beds with Abbey. Her and Abbey are attached at the hip. We took her in to our vet to give him our records he said she is one of the smartest dogs he has ever seen and he was very impressed with her abilities as young as she is. I am feeling like a proud mom!!! I am very happy for Pearl!!! |
Kady4/30/05: Went to her new home in Temple, Ga. She fell in love as did her new dad right off the bat. She has gone to boxer heaven :) They are previous boxer owners so they know exactly what Kady needs. She has a cat brother that she can play with and gets to have playdates with a boxer friend when they come to visit. Hooray for Kady!!! |
Kyra4/25/05: ls with her new family in Marietta, GA. She has a boxer brother that is about the same age as she is. They hit it off right away! They are best friends now and play all the time. They are only children for right now and get alot of attention from their new mom and dad! We are very happy for Kyra and her new family. |
Sugar Ray4/22/05: Went to his new home in Austell, GA. He has a 9 yo boy to help take care of and gets to be the only dog. He and his boy are great friends. His new family loves him very much. It was love at first site :) |
Donovan4/18/05: Is now living with his new family in Mobile, AL. He has a big new family with 2 children, a granddad, aunt, and uncle living together. There is also an older boxer girl that is 14 yo named Baby and a 1 yo boxer mix named Elli Mae that is his play buddy. He loves the little girls in the household and his new Dad thinks that he is the bomb!!! We are very happy for Donovan and glad he got such a wonderful home. He deserves it!!! |
Jarvis4/16/05: Is with his new Dad in Mobile, AL. He gets to go to work with his Dad and he loves it. His Dad has had boxers before so knows just how to treat a great boy like Jarvis. This is a wonderful match and we are very glad that Jarvis found such a great home! Hooray for Eric and Jarvis!!! |
Lady5/05: Updated photo of Lady and her brother Harry waiting for snacks in the kitchen. 4/17/05: Went to live with her new family in Huntsville, AL. She has a 2 yo boxer boy to play with. Her new mom said: "I took part of yesterday off to spend time with the two of them and it is so wonderful to see how well they get along. Harry is very protective of his little baby sister. They will wrestle with one another and roll around on the ground and do somersaults and I laugh until it hurts! They share toys, and the banana is a favorite around the house right now. I guess to make it fair, they divided it. It's in 3 parts now! I just love haping them both and I hope Lady is as happy as we are!!" I am sure that she extrememly happy and we are very happy for her!! |
Reily4/16/05: Is now with her new family in Pensacola, Fl. (thank you BARC!) She has a boxer brother to play with that is 2 yo named Duke. The boxers are getting along great and playing all the time. They are best of friends now. Hooray for Reily girl!! |
Tinker Bell4/09/05: Tinker Bell went to her new family in Armuchee, GA. She has a little toddler girl to take care of, a min pin sister to play with and several cats and kittens to terrorize.... I mean get along with. Her new mom says that she gets to sleep in the bed with them and that she is really taken with Katie, the baby and Katie with her. Her foster mom was so sad to see her go because they had fallen in love with her. We are all very happy for this sweet little bitty girl. |
Addy4/07/05: Addy drove off in to the sunset with her new mom. Addy tried to drive to start with but her mom quickly took the wheel. Her new mom says: "Addy is a dream. She sat in my lap all the way home. She is adjusting to the house like she has been here forever. She and Missy kitty are getting used to each other. She follows me everywhere and then Missy follows her so we are like a train. She took to her doggie bed instantly. Thank you so much!!!" Way to go Addy!!! |
Lucy4/05/05: Is staying with her foster mom in Cumming, Ga. She has a boxer brother and a spaniel mix brother. She gets along so well with her brothers that her foster mom just decided that she needed to stay with them. We are very happy for Lucy and her family!! Way to go!!! |
Violet4/01/05: Violet is with her new mom in Anniston, AL. She has 4 cats to keep her company. We were a little skeptical the first couple of days because even though Violet liked the cats they didn't seem to like her. But it seems that after they got to know what a sweet girl she was they decided that she was going to be okay at their house. Her new mom is very happy with her and already getting her started in an obedience class with Rockin P's very own trainer, Beth Willingham with Canine Connections. We are very glad that Violet is doing well and that we will get to see her sometime because she is here in town. |
Grace3/12/05: Is now with her new family in Snellville, Ga. She is being spoiled rotten. She has a boy and girl to watch over and play with. Her new best friend is a sweet little terrier girl named Brandie. Grace has come a long way and is finally living the good life! We are so proud of you... Grace!!! Hooray! |
Brinlee3/12/05: Is now a member of Oakley's family. Oakley also known as Calvin was adopted from RPR about 3 years ago. We have watched him and his family for a while now. Finally they decided to get him a boxer playmate and Ms. Brinlee girl fit the bill. Her new Dad says .... Brindlee is adjusting well. She and Oakley have been like Frick and Frack since we picked her up. They are all pretty tired and will get baths tonight. Right now she's asleep on the floor in front of Missy's chair. She's adorable. Brinlee and Oakley sleep up against each other. She is a snoring machine. She has made herself at home for sure. She and Oakley spent most of the day wrestling and chasing each other around the backyard. My next door neighbor said every time he looked over, they were flying across the yard or rolling around in the grass chewing on each other. Way to go Brinlee.... we are very happy for you and your new family!!! |
Missy3/10/05: Is with her new family is Valley Grande, AL. She will get to be an only child. She loves getting all the attention!!! Her new boy loved her at first site. They are going to be very good friends and spend lots of time together. Her new mom said.... I just wanted you to know that when Casey got home from school today Missy LOVES him... she immediately stepped up and gave him a hug and a bunch of kisses... Casey was so so so happy... Mr. Wilson3/05/05: Went to live with his new mom in Woodstock, Ga. She was so very excited that Wilson was going to join her family. He will have a lab sister that is older than him. We hope that Wilson will be a good boy and mind his manners for his big sister!!! His favorite thing is that they love to play ball with him. This is a great home and they really love Wilson. Lennox Lewis2/18/05: Went to his new home with a Rockin P Volunteer in Woodstock, GA. He will have a young boxer sister to play with and some skin kids to help take care of him or is that for him to take care of. His mom is totally in love with him and has worked very hard with him to help him settle in their home. We are very happy for Lennox and his new family! He deserves a great home! |
Lillian now Rosie4/05: Updated photo. Note from her mom: "I thought you might like to see how Rosie is doing/looking. I took some pictures of the doggies all playing out in the rain this morning. Rosie is too prissy and clean to participate in such silliness. I got these shots of her, attempting to stay dry, on the picnic table. She tolerated my picture taking for about 10 minutes, then she barked at me to let me know enough was enough and she wanted inside to get dry and warm. Mango2/28/05: Mango is with his new family in Kennesaw, Ga. His new mom just loves him to peices. He has 3 brothers, 2 boxers and a lab. They are the best friends. He and Tigger play non stop, well they would if Mom would let them. They do have to take breaks and get their pictures made. HEHE! His new mom says... THE DOGS HAVE THEIR OWN BED IN OUR ROOM, BUT THE BOXERS LOVE TO CUDDLE TOGETHER AND BOO ALWAYS ENDS UP IN OUR BED! WE HAVE A DOG COUCH AND TWO BIG DOG BEDS IN OUR ROOM AND THEY ALL GET USED BY ONE DOG OR ANOTHER THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. IT'S LIKE THEY PLAY MUSICAL BEDS DURING THE NIGHT CUZ THEY ARE RARELY IN THE SAME SPOT THAT THEY START IN WHEN WE GO TO BED. MANGO IS FITTING IN GREAT AS AN "OATES", AND TIGER REALLY DOES LOVE HIM ALOT. WITH ALL THE RAIN WE HAVE HAD THEY HAVE BEEN COUPED UP INSIDE ALOT ,SO TIGER AND MANGO JUST WRESTLE AROUND IN THE LIVING ROOM.I THINK THEY HAVE BECOME BEST BUDS!!! ALL OF THE BOYS ARE GREAT IN THEIR OWN SPECIAL WAY, We are very happy for Mango and his new family. |
Rowdy2/20/05: Rowdy went to live in Thomaston, Georgia, where he takes care of two skin kids and has a Chihuahua to keep him on his toes! When he got to his new home he walked right in and bonded immediately with his new little girl. Rowdy is such a sweet boy and deserved a great home like this. All of us at Rockin’ P will always remember how Rowdy beat the odds and came out a winner. |
George2/19/05: George is staying with his foster mom in Birmingham AL. He made himself right at home and his foster family just couldn't let him go. They fell in love with that big smooshy face of his but then who wouldn't. He has a lab mix sister Abbey that is his constant companion. He also has 3 children to help take care of. Lulu1/20/05: LuLu is with her new family in Daphne, AL. She is staying with the family who fostered her during her heartworm treatment. They love her and just couldn't let her leave. She will live down the road from Rosie (RPR dog) and they will get to have play dates. She has 2 children to play with and a stay at home mom. |

Felicia1/15/05: Is with her new mom in Atlanta, Ga. Her new mom said it was love at first site! She writes..... "She is sooooo cute and loving. We are doing very well. She still gets up when I get up. Today she started playing with her toys and chewing on one of her Nylabones. She walks well on her leash with the help of "Gentle Leader". Her winter coat came in handy today. I think she was warmer than I was. She does her business each time. I adore her and get so much pleasure from her attention and love. She is a great kisser and loves kisses." We are very happy for Felicia and her new mom!!! |

Carter now Turbo1/1/05: He is with his new family in Norcross Ga. His new Dad says, "Just wanted to drop ya a note and let you know how Carter(AKA Turbo, LOL) is doing. He is doing great. I think that he is doing great. He has taken well to the kids and us. He has been great! He is very much my son's(3yrs old) best friend. I mean he will go and wake up Seth so they can play. He also loves my daughter, they will do circles around the house with him in tow. LOL He still has the bed hogging issue to contend with but I think that if we get say a room sized bed it might be ok. LOL He loves to hang out with me and as I type this he is laying at my feet with his head on my foot. LOL He loves the back yard but prefers to be around people instead. So one of us goes out with him and then he is content. LOL Spoiled already I know. LOL But I want to thank you greatly and if you ever need anything just let me know.
